Why do we love GoPro videos? Because they can take you absolutely anywhere. Even space. Yes, the handy cam has managed to capture some pretty stunning space-high action. Here are our three favorite GoPro space videos.

Crown Landing Balloon

This first video dates all the way back to 2010, when a group of engineers and designers from San Francisco launched a balloon from the Californian coast near Davenport. The balloon later landed in Crows Landing, 70 miles away. Its peak altitude was recorded at 80,000 feet.

The Maraia Capsule

Watch this 20-foot tall SL-10 rocket being launched into near-space. The mission performed by UP Aerospace on November 6th 2015 was to deploy the Maraia Capsule and test its aerodynamics and stability on re-entry to the atmosphere. The rocked reached the altitude of 396,000 feet and is able to speed up to 3800 miles per hour.

Falcon 9

The third GoPro space video in our collection is real-time footage captured from the inside of a recent Falcon 9 flight as it fell back to Earth.
