What can make your action GoPro videos better?

(Yes, Vitrima would definitely do that, thank you)

But this time we are talking about music. A good soundtrack is essential for fully showcasing the spirit of your video and you can do that easily with GoPro’s dedicated app — GoPro Studio.

Here’s how you can add music to your GoPro videos with GoPro Studio

Step 1: Start up your GoPro Studio App and head over to Edit.

Step 2: Click on Media Button in the Media Bin. You will see a tab open up where you will be able to browse for audio files that you may want to import.

Step 3: Choose the files you would like to use, select them and click on Open.

Step 4: You will these audio files added to the Media Bin.

Step 5: Once you see you files in the Media Bin, simply drag them to your GoPro Studio’s Storyboard.

Step 6: Now your audio files are ready for further editing. Move them, trim them and more to suit your video needs.

Things to watch out for:

  • If you don’t see your audio file in the Media Bin, make sure you have the latest version of Quicktime installed.
  • Pay attention when using GoPro Template. In this case, the main audio track is already provided for you. You can make small adjustments to the main track, like changing the volume. You can add your own track as well — but be careful, as the template has been designed specifically for the provided audio tracks.
  • GoPro Studio supports the following audio formats: MP3, WAV, AIFF, M4A and CAF

There you go! Enjoy your mini action films. Snap on your Vitrima and create 3D masterpieces — and don’t forget to share on our YouTube channel.
